Kawasaki’s 2025 Ninja 1100SX: Power, Refinement, and the Next Level of Sport Touring
At Phillip McCallen Motorcycles, we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX, a machine that takes everything we love about the Ninja SX to new heights. With an increase in engine capacity from 1043cc to 1099cc, the Ninja 1100SX delivers even more power and torque, ensuring it's the perfect companion for both spirited rides and long-distance touring.
But there’s much more than just engine size. The new Ninja 1100SX offers a host of refinements that keep it at the top of the sport touring class. Highlights include:
- Enhanced Torque & Gear Efficiency: The 2025 model features increased torque across the rev range, meaning fewer gear changes. Plus, with new longer 5th and 6th gears, you'll enjoy a smoother, more fuel-efficient ride.
- Seamless Shifting: The quick-shifter now operates as low as 1500rpm, making gear changes smoother than ever at lower speeds.
- Rider Comfort: Standard features like a handlebar-mounted USB-C port, electronic cruise control, multiple power modes, and intelligent anti-lock brakes ensure that both rider and passenger are always comfortable and in control.
- Increased Braking Power: A larger rear disc improves stopping power, while the new Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres deliver superior grip and handling.
For 2025, Kawasaki introduces the Ninja 1100SX SE for the first time. This high-spec variant comes equipped with Brembo M4.32 front brake calipers, a master cylinder and disc rotors, and an Öhlins S46 rear shock absorber with remote pre-load adjustment. Heated grips are also standard on the SE, ensuring you’re ready for any weather.
Both models are compatible with an updated version of Kawasaki’s Rideology app, which now offers voice command features. Riders can easily adjust settings, check ride information, and track their routes right from their smartphone.
